What’s included in the £250 setup?

Everything: phone number provisioning, call forwarding configuration, automation building, template writing, testing, and go-live. You don’t touch the tech. Setup is a flat £250 regardless of how many add-ons you choose.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

What happens if I cancel?

All automations stop. We don’t hold your data hostage — your Google reviews, testimonials, and phone number stay yours.

Are there any extra charges?

No. The monthly fee covers everything including SMS costs and platform fees. The only exception is if your SMS volume is unusually high (500+ messages/month), in which case we’ll discuss it with you first.

Can I add or remove add-ons later?

Yes. Add or remove any add-on at any time — no extra setup fees. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

How long before I see results?

What are AI Services? Do I need them?

We’ll work with you to fix it. If after 30 days you’re not seeing results, we’ll review everything and adjust. We’re not interested in collecting fees from unhappy clients.
